Sellers: Sellers must list their home with a Wilkes County Realtor and place their listed property on the "Properties" inventory list to be considered for this option. This option is ideal for vacant homes or 2nd homes.

Option 2: Trade Sale Option (BANK QUALIFICATION NEEDED):

We match up 2 sellers that will basically "swap homes" through purchasing each other's property, instantly finding buyers for both properties! Homes must be listed for sale with a Wilkes County Realtor and on the "Properties" list to be matched with other sellers.

NO SHORT SALES OR FORECLOSURES WILL QUALIFY FOR EITHER OPTION!
