1) To make an offer on a property from our "properties" list

2) 10% down (or less in some cases!) for a down payment, and review the monthly payment terms.

**OPTIONAL: You can sign up for the PATCH Program (Planning Ahead To Comprehensive Homeownership) with our preferred lender.  This optional service will guide you through getting on a planned program towards obtaining bank financing in 12-24 months while participating in the HOME UP Lease Purchase Program (There is a $100.00 fee for this optional service)** 

TRADE SALE (BANK QUALIFICATION NEEDED): 

You will need:

1) To place your home for sale with a Wilkes County Realtor and place your home available for trade on the Home Up Program Website!

2) Choose a home from our "Properties" inventory that you would like to purchase or "swap with" and we will handle the rest (you must get lender qualified to purchase on the Trade Sale!)
